Payment
Payments may be made by Cash, EFTPOS, Visa & Mastercard.
Amercian Express is also accepted but will incur a fee of $4.50 per transaction.
Private Health Funds
BUPA, Medibank Private, Australian Unity, Doctors Fund, and CBHS Health Funds provide rebates, but this is dependent on your policy.
Please check with your insurer first, as some private health funds may refund counselling fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice typically cannot be filled with such short notice and therefore will attract a charge. Failure to provide such notice will result in you being charged the full session fee.
