The Soothing Minds Plan Management team will be taking a break over Xmas and New Year.
The office will close at 12.30pm on Tuesday 24 December and then returning on Monday 13 January 2025.
If you could submit your invoices in by 5pm Monday 23 December they will be processed and submitted into the NDIS for processing.
Please note that the NDIS will be delaying payments over this period of time.
- December 24: Payments will be made from December 27
- December 25–26: Payments will be made from December 30
- December 27–29: Payments will be made from December 31
- December 30–31: Payments will be made from January 2
- January 1: Payments will be made from January 3
After the 2 January, 2025, the NDIS will return to its normal payment cycle, with claims usually paid within 2–3 days. However, some payments may take up to 10 days.
The NDIS’s service centres and most call centres will be closed for the Christmas and New Year holidays.
