Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

Fade is a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong academic and professional public health and psychology background. She brings extensive experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and varying abilities, with a focus on trauma informed practice, restrictive practice reduction, and person-centred care within the NDIS framework.

Driven by a deep commitment to client empowerment and ethical service delivery, Fade has worked across residential care, support coordination, behaviour support and leadership roles. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and collaborative engagement with families and multidisciplinary teams. She is skilled in implementing and supervising Positive Behaviour Support Plans, with a strong understanding of Restrictive Practices in line with legislative requirements.
