What changes has Soothing Minds Counselling & Psychotherapy made during the COVID-19 crisis?
Soothing Minds has made sure to adjust our practice to meet all SA Health and NDIS guidelines and regulations. All our staff adhere to strict hygiene measures, practice social distancing, undertake a Rapid Antigen Test on their first day of work, and have their temperatures takes daily on arrival. Soothing Minds have client safety as a paramount priority.
Clients will be contacted on the day of their appointment, prior to their session and are taken through a Health Check. Appointments cannot proceed without this pre-screening. The administration team will attempt to call twice, and then text. If it is identified that there are symptoms, or risk imposed the appointment will be cancelled and/or rescheduled. We will however offer telehealth and phone counselling as an alternative.
Standard cancellation charges will be applied if the appropriate time of notice is not provided.
